Why you feel 'skinny fat' (and how to fix it)


Most people think the goal is just to see a smaller number on the scale. But if you’ve ever lost weight only to feel "skinny fat" (smaller, but not toned), tired, and weaker than before, you know that’s not the answer.

The real goal is body recomposition— losing fat while building the muscle that makes you look toned, feel strong, and keeps your metabolism firing. This is the thing to prioritize for longevity.

I’ve spent the last two years refining a specific framework to do exactly that. It’s the same structure with the boring basics I used to lose 30 lbs of fat while getting stronger than I’ve ever been, and it’s what helped my client Siporah drop 11 lbs of fat since March end while building strength, energy, and a routine she actually enjoys.
