One thing I’ve noticed after coaching several women over the past few months: Most people don’t need a better meal plan or a more advanced workout split. They need more repetitions of the same boring actions. The women seeing the most progress in my program aren’t doing anything fancy. They’re: The biggest challenge I see? Starting the week strong, then letting things unravel by Thursday, Friday, or the weekend… only to restart again on Monday. Unfortunately, staying consistent for only half the week isn’t enough to get the results you’re looking for. One social meal won’t ruin your progress, but consistently overeating on weekends can offset much of the deficit created during the week. That’s why the goal isn’t perfection. 🏆 A few wins from this week: •Anaya shared she’s finally breaking the all-or-nothing mindset around health and fitness, and how the discipline she's build has rippled into other areas of her life • One client hit 120g of protein without protein powder for the first time • Several women continue to see the scale trend down while still enjoying family meals, social events, and cultural foods. 🍴 Protein Corner: Summer Chaat Mix together: Optional: Add paneer for extra protein. Don’t ask: “What’s the perfect plan?” Ask: “What’s the next healthy choice?”One walk. Those small actions add up. Have a great week ahead! -Sanjana P.S. Most women think fat loss comes down to eating "better." But what if the problem isn't effort... What if it's simply that no one has ever shown you what's actually happening on your plate? Imagine sending your food log to someone every week. Not getting judged. Not getting a generic meal plan. But having someone go meal by meal and explain: • Why you felt hungry at 3 PM. • Why dinner keeps pushing you over calories. • Why you're eating enough protein but still aren't staying full. • Why your...
This week, a physician in her 50s joined SZN after finding me on Instagram. She had recently received bloodwork results that scared her. During our conversation, we spent surprisingly little time talking about weight loss. Instead, we talked about menopause. Cholesterol. Mobility. Aging. How quickly strength, muscle, and endurance can decline if we don’t actively work to maintain them. At one point she said something that completely caught me off guard: “You’ve chosen a mission to help Indian...
One thing I love about summer? I naturally crave lighter, fresher foods. This week, one of my go-to dinners has been fresh spring rolls packed with colorful veggies, herbs, and protein. A lot of traditional wellness systems, including Ayurveda, talk about choosing foods with a cooling effect during hotter months. Whether or not you’re into Ayurveda, I’ve noticed I naturally want crisp vegetables, fresh herbs, and lighter meals when the weather warms up. My current fresh roll combination: 🥕...
